Breaking Arrows
This last set of 10 arrows I’ve got has somehow managed to be the most damage prone ones yet. (Aside from the regular business of glueing arrowheads back on.) Not only have have the heads of two of them snapped clean off (this has never happened before, and I’m not careless with them or anything), but I’m going to have to salvage fletching from those to replace the fletching on a different arrow, and to top it all off?
Today I went to retrieve one from the target and discovered that I somehow broke the nock. How?? How does that even happen? (If my incredulity hasn’t made it clear enough, that’s also a baffling first.)
Oh well. I should probably buy a new set of 5 arrows soon, if not 10. Plus some spare arrowheads and a single nock, pfft.
